Dear Bromley Arts Society Member

We are having a finale exhibition of entries to Celebrate Bromley 2008 and a  display of paintings to launch CREATIVE BROMLEY for 2009 at the Central  Library, Bromley from 1st-15th April.  Would any BAS members like to bring a  painting/photo that fits into Celebrating Bromley’s outdoor natural spaces,  or paintings/drawings of wildlife to be hung during this period (no charge  and they can be for sale, if members are interested, subject to the usual  Library commission.

If so, please let your Secretary know if you would like to display a painting and if you are able to help steward – as we will not be able to sustain the  whole period if we are unable to find enough stewards.

NB the Library hours we are seeking to cover (apart from 1st April, for which we are sorted) are:
Mons, Wed 8th, Fris 9.30-6
Tues, Thurs: 9.30-8
Sats 9.30-5
Wed 15th (Some LBB officers will probably be there for the morning)
